The original village was located two miles southeast of Odenton on Annapolis Road but today the Census-designated place (CDP) of Gambrills is to its northeast by the Patuxent Freeway. Conveniently bordered by I-97, Gambrills is also served by MARC (Maryland Commuter Rail Service) regularly both to Washington, DC and Baltimore for the convenience of commuters.
The popularity of this gorgeous neighborhood for suburban living is well-earned. Gambrills is a lovely area of rolling wooded hills and four separate seasons yearly.
