- The Washington Nationals play the Cincinnati Reds in their traditional 11:05 AM start time at Nat's Park. The first 10,000 fans will receive American Flag sunglasses. Washington Nationals July 4th
- The National Park Service will be hosting their annual Independence Day Celebration on the National Mall with fireworks scheduled to begin at 9:09 PM.
- The Star Spangled 4th of July Concert and Fireworks Spectatular is scheduled at Prince George's Stadium in Bowie at 7:00 PM. The Star Spangled 4th of July Concert and Fireworks
- The Annapolis Independence Day Celebration features a parade at 6:30, the Salvation Army Band at 8 PM, and the fireworks show at 9:15 PM.
- The Baltimore Inner Harbor July 4th Festivities begin at 3 PM with food and activities, then there is a concert at 8 PM with a full fireworks show beginning at 9:15 PM.
