Although the summer temperatures have arrived, it is a great time to get out and exercise if you can beat the heat.  I really have enjoyed cycling in the area.  When Covid arrived and gyms were closed, I personally took up cycling.  I found that there are some great trails in the area and this is one of my favorites.  Many people also walk and jog on this trail too.
